"My sister was seen here and was given a prescription that requires a pre-authorization. We called the insurance company who promptlysent a fax to the doctor. All the doctor had to do was explain why the medicine was needed. Simple ? Obviously not because despite repeated calls the doctors or staff were unable to send a simple fax to the insurance company. This was for meds that this doctor prescribed! ..."

"My primecary care physician is at Primecare and with my insurance I have to get a referral to be seen elsewhere. I called a spoke with someone for a referral (they had 3 days to send it in to the Doctors I went to) they DID NOT SEND IT IN therefore my insurance will not cover the bill!!!! I called and spoke with MULTIPLE people about it and they will not help me and continuously argue with me WHEN ..."
