"They want me to come in for a second yearly physical when my physical in October had no problems. They only prescribed me a 6 month prescription when they were suppose to receive a year prescription. When I called to see what the problem was they said they would just refill it when it ran out. now they will not refill it until I come in for a second physical. They did not even check my throat, thyroid, ..."
