"Avoid this practice at all costs. I liked my providers enough and stayed a long time for them, but the office management and customer service is an absolute joke. They repeatedly lost my test results, created constant billing issues, were non-responsive to refill requests. Good luck getting anyone on the phone ever. Total shit-show. If you’re looking for a new doc, look elsewhere."

The portal suggests your make an appointment through the portal. It never worked for me. There is a large turnover. I have had 2 primary doctors and a PA that I really liked and all are gone. I had dr Usen for ever 10 plus years and I never had a problem....."

"Actually a zero if I could. Their phone service is the worst I have ever experienced in any practice in my adult life. They never answer the phone, I have waited more than 30 mins the last 4 times I’ve called in Dec of 2022. I’m dropping these fools. Plenty of mediocre care available here in WNY to try my luck with. If they were a pizzeria they’d be belly up cuz they can’t deliver to the customer."

"Phone service is terrible. I have been trying to get a letter from my doctor now for 4 months. My specialist even requested it several times but still no letter. My doctor is great but I think there is a lack of communication. I'm going there in person and I am not leaving without the letter!!!"
