"I will say each and everyone of the employees are awesome! Rather you encounter one in the front or the back, they all are well trained and can answer your questions fully and completely. I had an issue that needed to be fixed. I called them and told them my issue and instead of " oh we can get you in next week", it was " when can you get here"! Doesn't get any better than that! "They have always taken great care of me. My oldest has outgrown his pediatric dentist so I talk with Premier about moving both kids care to their office. My kids had their first visit here yesterday and it went outstanding. My youngest is 9 and was terrified of the dentist until yesterday day. The girls there took such great care of him. "Been going to Premier Dental for 30+ years and all my children did as well. They do good work but now that I have retired they don't take my Cigna or my Farm Bureau insurance and it makes it harder on older people! You would think a customer that had been with someone that long they would find a way to take care of there oldest customers but I guess it like that old saying when they get big they ..."
