"I was in for an annual well woman. They billed out an office visit and another office visit codes for a pelvic exam. Which my covered visit added on $183. Double dipping at its finest. Don’t go here. Their billing practices are shady at best and customer service is worst at the worst. "

"I was referred to Dr.Dahl from my GYN and was told someone would contact me to schedule an appointment. After 4 weeks I called them because no one called. When I did call I was hung up on 3 times mid-conversation due to "phone system problems."
