"We have to let every parent know this practice is a vaccine pusher. During the last physical in this office, we were assigned to Mr. Carlos Morales, APRN. We decided to wait and decline the meningitis vaccine AT THAT TIME. FYI-Our children have received all the vaccines required by their pediatricians. Mr. Morales was extremely rude when I told him we would wait . He became a real bully... he crossed ..."
