"The front desk here is very rude and disorganized. They messed up my appointment location, couldn't find me in the system, and were disrespectful interrupting me and others. I saw two other patients leave angry after discussing with the front desk. The doctor rushed through my appointment (5-10 minutes) and seemed overwhelmed with patients. "While the treating physicians and assistants are excellent, the back-office billing administration is absolutely horrible. And if you have a billing issue, you should not expect any assistance or any return calls. In my case, I have left multiple messages at differing times and locations, and they have all gone unanswered. It appears that their interest in returning a telephone call is basically nonexistent. ..."
