"I had an appointment to get a blood test. After 6 days, I still had not been given the results on the portal or with a message or phone call. I called down there several times and the people that answered didn't know anything about it and I did not get any response from any nurses, etc. They have a big effort to get you down there, with 7 different messages to remind me about the upcoming appointment. ..."
