"This review is about the dermatologist Clearlyderm that they use and not Premier. My 86 year old mother came to Premier twice to see their dermatologist called Clearlyderm that they recommended. The first time,she was turned away because she did not have the paperwork filled out even though I said I could get it to them right away. The 2nd and final time I will ever be going here, I filled out ..."

"I am very disappointed. Premier Health Recently took away the ability to send an email directly to my doctor on their Patient Portal. I have tried calling their phone number and am never able to get anyone on the phone. I have been going to them for years and am going to be looking for a new medical group. "

"The worst! When it comes getting referrals from this place, don’t hold your breath. Anytime I have a referral request. The people who handle phone calls don’t know how to handle referral request. There’s always a new rule a new policy and today I spoke with Joanna at scheduling and all she said was “reschedule my specialist appointment”instead of handling the matter and getting the referral needed ..."
