"A month ago I had an appointment to have a wart removed in my right hand thumb. In that appointment they make me wait literally one hour to get the service. Only Dr. Matt Kelleher apologized for the delay. I did tell him that one hour is not acceptable by any standards and I happen to be a really busy engineer.
