"I used to absolutely love this place, but it is clear their new therapist and the office staff are incompetent at their jobs. Twice I have been brushed off from my appointment, not sent the link, and have called 30+ times to the office with NO answer. It is ridiculous the way the office manager runs this. I would have better luck talking to the President then getting ahold of the office manager."
