The purpose of an NP is to Preliminary evaluation make referrals for diagnostic test then have a consult with patient to establish treatment modalities. "This service lacks professional clinical knowledge about basic medical care. They have a so call “team” that never creates a care plan that leads to treatment. They leave patients waiting for months before scheduling anything. They can’t even read a blood test correctly to show the patient was in critical condition. End result patient needed ICU"

"If the system would allow I give it a zero! Horrible the way they abuse elders. Never following up. They don't listen to patient/ They over prescribe medication. They bill insurance for 2 2-hour visit, spending 30 minutes with the patient. They affiliate referrals, telling the service would be covered, then bill in full to patient. Waited 3 months for the Social Worker to make a referral for life-saving ..."
