"Long wait times and they aren't even busy. This is the 2nd time in a row that I've waiting about 30-35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The most recent visit was a follow up that last ed all of 5 minutes (maybe), which the nurse practitioner even admitted was unnecessary and could've been done over the phone. Then they had the audacity to charge $210...for a 5 minute appt! And when I called ..."
