"If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a scam. I needed to find a endodontist for a root canal, as referred by my general dentist. I called Precision Periodontics to ask if they were covered under Cigna and they said Yes. When I came to the appointment, they performed unnecessary tests which they wanted to charge me $391. "Went to see dr Simon for a root canal evaluation. He was very rude and cocky along with his assistant. This place is a joke they make you put booties on your shoes to keep the office clean as they say, well this was not a very clean office in the first place. "Dr Simon gave me a consultation to do a root canal. I went back days later for the procedure. Dr Simon prescribed me drugs to help with the procedure. I took the drugs and arrived loopy only to be turned away because he said I couldn't open my mouth enough (which he already knew). He is the WORST Dentist! BE WARNED. I'm pursuing charges against him."

He was rude and when he could not numb me adequately pre-procedure he threw his hands up, said he wasn't doing the procedure and walked out of the room and never returned. "I’m very happy with the care I received from Dr. Simon. My root canal was scheduled quickly and Dr. Simon was great. He explained what he was doing and showed a concern for my comfort. I’ve had a few root canals in the past and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. I hope I never need to, but will definitely ask Dr. Simon to do any work I may need in the future.
