I called Precision Periodontics to ask if they were covered under Cigna and they said Yes. When I came to the appointment, they performed unnecessary tests which they wanted to charge me $391. "Dr Simon gave me a consultation to do a root canal. I went back days later for the procedure. Dr Simon prescribed me drugs to help with the procedure. I took the drugs and arrived loopy only to be turned away because he said I couldn't open my mouth enough (which he already knew). He is the WORST Dentist! BE WARNED. I'm pursuing charges against him."

"I’m very happy with the care I received from Dr. Simon. My root canal was scheduled quickly and Dr. Simon was great. He explained what he was doing and showed a concern for my comfort. "Went for consult. Had a root canal that my dentist couldn't do. Dr. Simon came in for 30 seconds looked at xray and said yep you need a root canal. I mentioned the hole left in my tooth from previous dentist attempt Dr Simon never even looked in my mouth. Come back 2 days later for procedure. Doc looks into mouth and says "Someone else did work on this tooth. I dont work that someone else ..."
