"The doctor was way above par. He was friendly, very personable and top at the top of his field. The technician was great. However, the office staff was argumentative, and combative. The office manager was a cross between a storm trooper and gestapo, in attitude. Our doctor had scheduled an appointment for us, that I changed to one we could fulfill. The office staff failed to make the change. ..."
