"Agree Doctors are good but office can not answer phones at all. Have been trying now for 35 minutes to get Woodbridge office to answer the phone to tell them I missed an appointment."

"Doctor is good but the staff is beyond useless. A month of being in discomfort waiting for an initial appointment to then wait another month for the first test. Meantime they figure I have a UTI but nobody can get it together enough to call in a script. Had to take 2 hours off to drive in to get a paper copy to be told to "have a nice day". All the compassion of a rock! If you need them remember ..."

"Good luck trying to get any return phone calls or help! Trying to get a referral to an oncologist for cancer - you would think this would be high priority. Guess not in their minds. The request has been in for a week and still nothing from them even after repeated daily phone calls and messages through the patient portal."
