"The same as nearly everyone here. I paid! Have the payment reference number and they still sent me to collections. This company is an absolute joke. Request NOT to work with them if possible."

"If I could give 1/2 a star or no stars I would. I never received a bill until months after my surgery and then after I set up a payment plan with them, they sent me to collections. I spoke with them today and they told me that their payment plans do not direct debit and that you, as the patient have to call every month to make a payment. This is the first time I'm hearing this. "

"I had a procedure done at Portsmouth hospital, I had a pre-authorization from my insurance to cover 100% of it. I got a letter in the mail yesterday from collections for Portsmouth anesthesia associates. I have never seen a bill from them, never got a phone call, no communication except a letter from collections. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. "
