"I would give it no stars if it was possible. My son (an adult) went into the emergency room and was admitted to the hospital. He had surgery. We gave the insurance information to the hospital. Long after his surgery, you sent a bill to me (Donna) for Annastasia which I never had. The insurance is under my husband. I called and told someone I never had surgery. No call back, then I receive a notice ..."

"Went in for a colonoscopy w/ Dr.Trivedi in his office in Valparaiso, IN. I told the anestesiologist just before they put me under that I had not had a procedure since I had had covid and that my breathing was while sleeping must shallower and less often now and that I was concerned. I was given too much anesthesia and quit breathing. They put a tube down my throat causing me to vomit stomach acid ..."
