"The people who preform the actual MRI, X-ray, ultrasound, mammogram or other are fine and professional. I’ve had all of these done at this facility. The problem is the billing department. Every time I have to go for a scan I dread the months and months that I’ll have to call and deal with charges I’m not responsible for paying. I don’t have the time to teach them the insurance billing process. I really ..."

"Billing Nightmare. Paid self pay because it was less expensive. Port Orange billing sent it to their billing department, even though it was paid in full on the day of service. I have been dealing with their useless billing department for the last 4 months, each time I call, they say they are putting it in review, nothing happens. Terrible customer service. You can't talk to anyone at Port Orange ..."

"Went here in February because I needed a maxo scan to determine the breakage in my nose. When I went to the first counter I was given the paper. On the paper it said CT Sinus scan. Told the person that was not what was on my doctors orders. Was told it was the same thing. I told her no it was not what was ordered because I have had those before and my sinuses were not the issue. I was dismissed. ..."
