"I do t like dentists’ or any doctors’ office in general. Staff is always cold and careless. I had a very different experience at this office. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are able to answer all your concerns and they pay attention. Dr Gisele is the most caring, sweet and personable doctor I’ve ever met. I felt like I knew her for ages. "Went in for a routine cleaning they wanted to charge me $98 for a cleaning. I told them I would not pay for it, so they charged me $85. When I went in for the cleaning, the “professional” was super rough and hurt me. There was so much blood. She blamed it on me saying I don’t floss.. probably won’t be going there anymore.. my gum is bruised from her roughness.."
