"Dr. Stanulevich kept me waiting for only 20 minutes this time (an hour last time), but that was too long. My time is just as valuable as his, but he thinks keeping patients waiting is no big deal. I was about to leave when he finally came to the treatment room after the nurse said,"he will be in a minute." He will not last long if he continues to treat his patients this way."

"I arrived on time for my 3:30 appointment. The nurse called me back at 4:14. As she left the treatment room, she said, "he (the doctor) will be in in a minute." It was more like 30 minutes before he came in. I left at @ 5:15. I hate to think they overbooked.The staff was quite courteous, and I am confident that I was correctly diagnosed and treated."
