"If I could go negative stars I would! This is the sorriest dental practice I've EVER encountered. I was in their office for an hour and half for what I was told would be a free consultation. Not one person. So much as put a finger in my mouth and they had the audacity to charge my insurance 299.00. I was only in the presence of anyone of their staff for approximately 5 minutes. "I went into "Pleasant" Plains Dental today for my 1st, and only, visit with a massive toothache that won't allow me to eat or sleep. First thing was pay $25.00 for the exam, cool, no problem. I get an x-ray and wait a bit for the dentist to come in. He tells me I have to have 2 teeth extracted and I'm all for it just to end the pain. He leaves the room and someone else comes in and says the extraction ..."

"Very unpleasant experience. Had had several evaluations and xrays very recently. But when I needed to make an appt for a minor cavity...I was told that I had to schedule a consultation first...stated I'd have several lately yet staff adamantly refused to assist...very uncaring staff...on a power trip and very bossy...lots of rules...disrespectful and deny assistance when their demands aren't met...also ..."

"Horrible disrespectful staff...very demanding and authoritative all money upfront or high interest payment plan.i was overbilled no apology...I was regular patient here...but always making me schedule unnecessary consultations before treatment and actually refused treatment before their many many rules were adhered to...dont waste your time here. "Terrible experience...bossy disrespectful staff...lots and lots of rules...all money upfront..paid off bill early but they never canceled payment plan..Overbilled $700 before I caught it...no apology. They're on a power trip...refund check in the mail I'm told...I will pursue legal action if not received...really dont go here...the nice waiting area gives off nice impression..but staff is horrible"

"I arrived for my 4:00 appointment on time, but I wasn’t taken in until 4:15. I sat in the dentist chair until 5:00. It was then the dentist came in and spent about seven minutes going over a procedure. Just discussion. At 5:35 a girl came in to go over the cost of the procedure. I actually am very patient about waiting, but my complaint is that no one acknowledged the amount of time I spent waiting ..."

"On Saturday, I had an emergency dental issue. I am an existing patient at the practice and my insurance has not changed since the last time I was there. I even logged into my delta dental account to show the coverage on the procedure I was having done and all my qualifying information. I asked her if she could print it out and give the insurance person a copy who would be in Monday. She said unfortunately ..."

"Went in for my appointment that was set 2 months ago, and they said My appointment isn't until next week. I gave them the appointment card and they said someone made a mistake. On top of that they said My insurance is not part of there network. Why did they not say something when my wife had her work done. Two months of wasted time ! Not Happy!"

I needed some major work done & had seen 3 other dentists in the past year to get "opinions" & I was not satisfied with any of their proposals. Basically because of the "plan" & "price". "My daughter went to Pleasant Plains last Saturday. Her last dental cleaning was 9 months ago. She was told by dentist, after a painful cleaning, that she had 7 cavaties. When she got c to front, it became 9 cavaties. She was strongly encouraged to open a care credit account and immediately spend $1489.
