"While I like the doctors and staff, the entire practice operates using voicemail. If you call you always have to leave a message and wait for a return call that may or may not come that day or sometimes at all. If you happen to miss the return call, you'll have to leave a voicemail message again and play the same waiting game. If you have a sick child, good luck. I've left 6 vm messages in one day ..."
