"I was unable to make it. I would have been 20 minutes late. I did call and notify Tiffany. I received a call from another person working in the office while Tiffany had me on hold who told me it was not ok to come. My experience was neither good nor bad. It was just to the point. They have provided great customer service in the past. I will reschedule for a future date."

When I got there I was called back quickly but once I was in the chair I waited 30 minutes because they were trying to “review my benefits.” Once that was completed the dental assistant came in and said we’ll only be able to clean the left bottom or top of my mouth because they were about to close.
