"This has to be the worst medical group in Plattsburgh. If you are considering them for medical care don't walk away RUN away. They are terrible. Poor customer service, doctors that should have retired years ago, unreliable PA's that don't follow up or return calls and a portal system they promote yet staff tells you it doesn't work.
