"They scheduled my wife’s appointment at 8:30 am and tell us to be there 15 minutes prior to the appointment for paperwork. Took 4 hours before she was even called back and we live 2 and a half hours away. She was told to do a liquid diet 2 days before and to stop having liquids the night before. We had asked when she was going to get called back and we were told that there was 4 people ahead of her. ..."
