"My Emergency Visit with "Dental Staff" was fine. But, the front desk staff is short & rude. When patients leave Emergency Treatment, Front Desk Staff Are aware what kind of appointment each patient had & Their Age which means hardy any...if no Dental Insurance. To 'Abruptely' ASK for full payment when a patient is upset from an Obvious Emergency Appmnt. is so Uncalled for! I have been a patient there ..."

I had what would have been a very costly procedure and asked if the doctor would do a simple fix instead. He did and he did the work so well it by far surpassed my expectations. I travel 30 miles to keep my dentist in Plainfield."
