The staff were all very patient with my younger daughter who is not the best when it comes to needles. Both girls had an easy recovery and Dr. Pollock even called that evening to check on them. "I would not recommend this office. Was referred by my daughter's dentist to have her wisdom teeth removed. Made the appointment, went in and did the consultation and then found out that they are out of network. They had all of my insurance information before we ever went in and at no time was I ever told that they were out of network for my dental insurance, until after we did the consultation and ..."

"My husband was referred here by his dentist because he had to have a molar pulled. When we arrived the greeting we got was “Do you have an appointment” in a very harsh rude tone. We said yes ma’am this is . She said oh, here fill this out. Then when we got to the back to go over the procedure the assistant was. Wet unpersonable. When his dentist called she explained everything to them and this girl acted like we were an inconvenience to her for being there. Then when we talk to the finance lady we realized it was going to be much more than we expected she then started treating us like we were beneath her. She was very judgey and rude. When we finally came to an option we could afford she told us go sit in the waiting room they will call you back (again in a very rude tone). So then they take my husband back and I had to leave to pick out daughter up from school. I was told by the surgeon to leave the front desk my cell so if he was done before I got back they could let me know. When I did this they acted like I was stupid for giving it to them. I was just very unhappy with our visit. We would not recommend them and won’t be back."
