"I love the providers and medical staff, with a shout out to Peter Keorpes the PA. First provider I saw there and excellent. Found & diagnosed my squamous cell immediately. Great bed side manner! I saw Dr. Troiani, Dr. Lapinski and Dr. Rios-they were all wonderful as well! "Didn't even get a chance to see the doctor. Front office staff (not in the call center but at the actual Joliet office) I communicated with before the appointment were extremely rude. One individual in particular got frustrated and hung up in my face. I tried to rectify the situation requesting to speak with an office manager but apparently it wasn't a priority as I didn't get a call back. It's a ..."
