"I just experienced Bowling Green Medical Group's incompetent office staff and lab. Person I checked in with was apparently distracted by another patient she was very familiar with-busy wishing him a happy birthday repeatedly-causing her to leave my appmt in some kind of limbo. Thirty minutes past my appmt time, I go get back in line. Talk to same person who leaves, goes to lab, gone five or so minutes, ..."
