"I have been paying for follow up appointments every 3 months to take a medication that is constantly on back-order from every local pharmacy. This could easily be fixed by combining 5mg and 10mg to get the prescribed 15mg but they refuse to change a thing. Essentially I am paying quite a bit for absolutely nothing.
