"We moved to Alabama a year ago and needed a pediatric endocrinologist for our type 1 diabetic son. The only provider we could find that was in network with our insurance was Dr. Vera Ortiz. From the beginning of our visits, we always felt rushed and never felt like we got our questions answered. Communication with them is so difficult.
