"I’m very pleased with the entire staff at Piedmont Ortho in Brookhaven. The ancillary staff was professional in their roles and helpful in navigating appointments, triage and skilled nursing staff. Dr. Alexander was excellent in explaining my condition, the treatments and listening to my concerns. As a retired nurse practitioner, I highly recommend this office and Dr.Alexander."

"Horrible billing service. I was charged for an X-RAY I never had. This office's manager has not removed the charge after weeks of phone calls and messages from me. Horrible billing situation, they admitted to the issue but apparently will not remove the charge. Contacted central Piedmont Billing and they cannot do anything, unless this office drops the charge."
