"I just received a certified letter in the mail firing me as a client, stating that "we are no longer willing to be your primary care providers". This was in response to my request, ONE TIME, to speak to a manager about a gross mishandling of a single appointment. I waited patiently for MONTHS to get an appointment for a routine physical (pretty standard that you have to wait so long...), the appointment ..."
