"Absolutely horrible customer service. They continue to call a 10 year old number to schedule. My MRI, once I finally called them they were incredibly rude about setting up my MRI. All they care about is your insurance number, they don’t care about the doctors orders. I had the rude scheduler on speaker phone and the entire Steadman Hawkins office heard her berating me for simply scheduling an MRI. ..."
