"I never got to see this 'physician'. I went through quite a lengthy process where they require a 'new patient' packet to be completed. I did this packet and stayed in constant email contact to try to get my appointment as quickly as possible. (I am overdue for my annual physical, etc., due to a retiring family caregiver with no replacement options.) At first, their point of contact (POC) replied back ..."
