"Probably pretty capable medical staff, but after 9 months I'm moving on. The front office and communications personnel are impossible, after countless negative reviews they apparently are unmoved. Voices messages, emails are completely useless, and no, I'm not calling for prescription refills. "Horrible administrative staff. They do not return calls, will not schedule an appointment, will not release your medical records so that another doctor can treat you. The doctors are fine, but the staff could not be less helpful."

"I wouldn’t recommend a dog to be seen at this office. The coordinator is extremely rude and hateful. Getting disgustingly loud over the phone. She needs to find another job. They do not answer the phone. But proceed to call and act horrible over the phone after you left a voicemail. I was referred by Dr. Buccis office. I will make sure to report her to the right person. "

"I would not recommend anyone to go to this pain management center. They never answer the phone and when they call you back the women at the front desk are hateful. My son was seen by them and he needs his medical records to get back to work as soon as possible are he will lose his job, but their hatefully telling him that he is going to have to wait ten business days and all his other doctors had ..."
