"The app used is an absolute mess, the doctor never even told me their name, kept interrupting me, did nothing for diagnosis, wanted to put me on a medication I listed as an allergy, was wrapping up the call after 12 minutes, and I ending up telling him I ws uncomfortable and didn't want another appointment "
