"Boils down to, if you aren't satisfied with the service and product, then it's your fault and you are stuck with them. Here's why. They use your old dentures to make the new dentures, what could possibly go wrong with that procedure, plenty. What you get back are your old dentures new. "Went to Pickwick Family Dental for new dentures, assured they were very good dentures, & we'd be very satisfied. After weeks of waiting, they were ready. My top fit great, but my bottom jabbed right into the over-sensitive area my 4 front teeth used to occupy causing instant sharp pain! Couldn't wear old which is why I got new.
