"Avoid this place, this place owes me 50.00, when I spoke to the lady up front on the phone, she told me that they DON'T send out checks in the way of refunds, even though that was what I was told week earlier by the Nurse Practitoner, that I would receive a refund check in 3 to 4 weeks. The lady at the front end got rude with me on the phone when I tried to explain the situation, and she hung up ..."
