"This is truly the most incompetent set of front desk and administrative team in the world. They forget to put appointments in the doctors' calendars, never return calls, never call you with your results - and basically are a medical malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen any day now."

"The doctors are OK, but the administrative and the front desk staff is so absolutely terrible at their jobs, and just so darn lazy and ineffectual, that it leads to a complete disregard for patients' time, health and wellbeing. Please avoid."

"Loved the idea to have a group of physicians in the same office. This is what we had in Georgia. The website says new patients to call in to meet and register. Operator says to go the website. The website does not say which physicians accept new patients. Operators say to look at website. Going through hoops here to register our 4 member family! I am convinced you have a great practice but figuring ..."
