"I have been using them since they opened and were one of the first clinics offering test for COVID in 2020. They do get swamped and busy at times, as does any good clinic. Have you tried getting through to CVS or HEB pharmacies in the phone lately. Once you are in their system, they will work to accommodate you however necessary. "Do not waste your time. They do not care about their patients and especially the office staff. You will get hung up on and good luck getting thru. Office staff is the rude and the most people that do not have any empathy. I called several times asking to get seen because my depression was getting really bad and was told I couldn't be seen for at least 2 months. I have proof on everything I have ..."
