"Have been a patient of Dr Phillips since May 2000 . Have had nothing but the best healthcare. Went in with a shortness of breath problem which he quickly diagnosed as a pulmonary embolism . Totally accurate diagnosis . Was placed in a closely watched room for 6 days until blood clot dissolved . Cannot say enough about the compassion and treatments he has given me for 24 years !!!"
