"There is a don't ask, don't tell policy here. Philadelphia VA is a place where residents/medical students from Penn and Drexel University gain first-hand experience by experimenting on veterans. An attending will come in after the fact only to confirm what the resident diagnosed then leave. No one wears ID anymore and rarely identifies themselves. Your PCP might be the only board-certified physician ..."
