"Me gustan mucho los médicos , pero cuando tú tienes que llamar a esa oficina, debes de llenarte de paciencia, porque te dejan esperando hasta 40 y 45 minutos el peor servicio telefónico lo tienen ellos. Tienen muy buenos empleados, son muy profesionales pero la administración parece que no quieren gastar en poner más personal para atender los teléfonos, ese es el inconveniente que tienen a pesar ..."

"Been going for 10 years and if they specialize in senior care then the whole world is in trouble. They cancel appointments all the time, you sit pass your appointment times, one doctor pushes you over unto a different doctor. They never physically touch you only read the computer for blood work. Send you for many tests so they get a kick back for themselves. Found another doctor that does care."

"Dont like the services from this clinic. I’ve been a patient for 3 years, my primary doctor is Cruz, which I’ve never meet, the times that’ve waited and waited to be seen has always ended up with a NP. Today I go for my physical exam 2:45pm, arrive at 2:34, 3:20 and I still waiting in the waiting room, I hear front desk calling to reschedule appointments that didn't show up today, and I see nurses ..."
