"This Medical office I would not recommend at all. The staff is the worst. When you call they never answer. They have no clue of what they doing. I needed some paperwork and they misplaced it and on top of that they charge 15 dollars for a one page simple form. Be advised, they also charge 50 dollars for FMLA paperwork. They just not helpful when you need the help. I stopped going there."
