"I needed an appointment to get a mammogram and needed a physicians order to schedule one. My appointment was 340. I called at 342 and said I was five mins out, receptionist explained as long as I was there with paperwork completed by 355, I would still be seen. I was there at 350 and presented my license and insurance card to receptionist after a scolding about being late. I said I had already called ..."
