"I was told today that this Perimeter Pediatric (Johnson Ferry location ) office does not allow parents to accompany their minor children for their dental treatment. I shared that my children do not have medical/dental treatment without a parent present. The excuse was that they only had 1 technician working that day...this office is only open on select days and one would expect a full schedule. "This is our third or fourth visit to Perimeter Pediatric Dentistry. The one negative is that we end up seeing a different doctor each time. That said, every doctor we have seen has been great. "The wait was ridiculous. My daughter was finished with her cleaning and then had to wait 30mins to be checked out. The front office staff seemed short staffed and incompetent (the admin lady that worked with us in particular). It took her 20mins to set up an appt and give us a quote for the next visit. I was extremely upset but kept a level head. First time ever experiencing this here."

After about 5 minutes of standing in line waiting to be checked in did she acknowledge me. Poor customer service.
