"Be careful! I would have given negative star. I think, this practice engages in some deceptive billing practice. During your annual physical, if provider asks you about any health concerns and you say anything, they will bill your insurance twice-- one for annual physical and one for sick visit even if the provider said one sentence about your concern. they charge arm and leg and as your insurance ..."
